Dayna joined 7 Communications as a Junior Digital Designer during her final term of the Graphic Design program at Mohawk College, where she specialized in User Interface and User Experience design.

While pursuing her diploma, she completed a design internship at the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC. Throughout her education, Dayna also worked as a freelance designer, doing branding, web design, photography, and more.

Prior to attending Mohawk and moving to Hamilton, Dayna was born and raised in Waterloo and studied business at Wilfrid Laurier University. At Laurier, she was always honing her design skills by participating in a range of curricular activities as a designer, including Sports Management Laurier and the Lazaridis Students' Society.

When she's not designing, you can find Dayna watching a Blue Jays game, listening to a podcast, or spending some quality time with her friends and family.
